RJR Improvements is family owned and operated by Lincoln Jepsen & Travis Reynolds. We are based in Overland Park, Kansas. Our company serves Kansas City and the surrounding counties covering a 25-mile radius.
RJR Improvements offers design and building services for outdoor living projects along with exterior painting. Our projects include: decks, covered decks, screened-in porches, and repairs. We also do exterior painting, window replacement, wood rot repair, power washing, and siding replacement. We do work for residential and commercial customers. The company is licensed and fully insured as required by law.
As a customer of RJR Improvements, you can expect competent, reliable and timely construction. All of our projects are managed by one of the owners of our company. Our work is done on time, working around your schedule, and is completed per contract specifications. No job is complete without a job inspection with you, the customer, and / or a follow-up phone call. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the completed project or repair services, we will return to make any additional changes / corrections. The result is that a high percentage of our work comes from repeat business. Today's customers have high expectations and RJR Improvements delivers.
